Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. Boarding takes place at Damrak Pier 5, approximately a 2-minute walk from Amsterdam Central Station. The cruise lasts approximately 60 minutes. The published route is indicative and may be adjusted due to canal closures, maintenance works, events, weather conditions, local waterway traffic or other operational circumstances. After booking online, you will receive a digital QR ticket. Please present your ticket when boarding. Enjoy a multilingual audio guide during your cruise. English and Dutch are available through the onboard audio system. Seventeen additional languages, including German, French, Spanish, Italian and Chinese, are available through the mobile app using your own smartphone and earbuds. Earbuds are also available for purchase on board. Boarding requires taking approximately three steps. The boat is not wheelchair accessible, and the aisle must remain clear at all times for safety reasons. A folded wheelchair may be accepted if the guest can board independently. A toilet is available on board. Strollers and buggies are not permitted on board but can be left at the departure location. Pets are generally not allowed. During extremely hot weather or an official heatwave, additional safety measures may apply. Children under 4 years old and elderly guests with vulnerable health may not be permitted to travel. We recommend wearing light clothing, a hat, using sunscreen, drinking plenty of water.
