The boat is not wheelchair accessible: you must descend three steps on board and many docks are only accessible via stairs. Strollers are not allowed on board, but can be safely left at the ticket shop at the departure location. If you cancel up to 24 hours before departure, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 24 hours before departure, no refund will be issued. For bookings of 10 people or more, different terms apply: cancellation up to 7 days before departure results in a full refund, cancellation 3 to 6 days before departure results in a 50% refund, and cancellation less than 3 days before departure results in no refund.
